have you done any classes or anything?
Yes! We just took a 6 hour birthing class on Saturday. It was really helpful! We went over a lot of things I had heard about but didn’t know details on, and hubby was hearing a lof of it for the first time, so it was great to be on the same page of what to expect that day. We also went over some breathing techniques as well and discussed epidurals and all that stuff.
This Thursday we are going to a shorter 3 hour Child Care class - so we’ll learn about diapering, bathing, swaddling, etc - all that stuff I’ve never done before :) I’m looking forward to that one
And then in a few weeks we go to another shorter 3 hour class on breastfeeding. Something I know nothing about..
